You can apply for 15% All India quota counseling. So you didn't want your domicile certificate.

If you are a Delhi candidate then if you don't have any domicile certificate so it's okay. You can fullfill some conditions for the admission in any medical College in  Delhi.

The conditions are-

1. You passed your higher secondary exam from a regular school which is located in Delhi.

2. If you are a private candidate than your exam center should be present in Delhi.

3. Now coming for the NIOS students they are eligible for 85% State quota if their study centre and exam center should be in Delhi.
