There are various scholarships available for B.Tech students from Bihar such as

Combined Counselling Board Scholarship
Post Matric Scholarship for SC students, Bihar
BC-EBC Post Matric Scholarship, Bihar
ST post Matric Scholarship Bihar

You can apply for these by heading to the respective official websites.
Als there are various scholarships available at college level for economically weaker students, contact the college administration for these scholarships.
