See as per the rules, students having 40%-80% DISABILITY  are only eligible for the medical course, if the disability if above 80% then the student isn't eligible. So a medical practioner can tell this percentage to you properly. Apart from that as per the online information available, a student with one eye blind is also eligible for the medical course.
