I don't have 6/6 eyesight in my right eye but my left have does i am not eligible to take addmission in A.F.M.C.??

Dear Farhan, the medical team at AFMC will conduct a Medical Test. You either will be deemed 'Fit' or 'Unfit'. The visual test results should be:

Distant Vision(Corrected):

Better eye: 6/6

Worse eye: 6/18

Near Vision: (Corrected):

Better eye: N5

Worse eye: N8

Myopia: Not more than -3.5 D in any one meridian including astigmatism.

Hyoermetropia: Not more than +3.5 in any one meridian including astigmatism.

So you can apply for AFMC. You can always appeal a Medical Test at AFMC if you are declared unfit.
