yes you can do.  You are eligible to do M.Sc Zoology after Botany Hons. You should have passed with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (Medical and Allied Medical Science/ Biosciences / Life Sciences) or equivalent to apply for MSC Zoology . The duration of the course is only 2 years after B.Sc .
