For a candidate of the general category, it will be difficult to get a government medical college in Uttar Pradesh with a score of 500. The usual neet cut off marks for general category students for government colleges of UP is 540+ and neet cut offs are expected to rise this year , given the easy neet question paper. 

You will be eligible for Private medical collges, and private/government dental colleges of Uttar Pradesh .
