I am expecting 500 marks in NEET 2019.can i get govt. seat in mbbs in kerala or tamil nadu .i belong to General category

Dear Uma, 533 is a very pretty good score. But how EWS category will be incorporated in NEET counselling hasn't been mentioned officially yet. In 2018, under State quota 558 marks score a seat under General Category. 481 marks secured a seat in Self Financing Medical college. But for All India Quota, you have very fair chances with that score in rest of India if not in Kerala. Eitherways cut off changes every year and it depends on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you are not bent on going only for a Government Medical College, you can get a seat in Private Medical College. But if NTA decides to incorporate EWS category reservation, then your chances get better. Regarding Tamilnadu, it is a difficult score for a seat.  We would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key is released so that you can be sure of your chances.
