I am getting 400 mrks in neet 2019..UP..UR category..can I participate for state quota of Karnataka Nd Kerala

Dear candidate,

You can apply for both karnataka state and kerala state under the all india quota for the seat in government medical college.

But as per the last year cutoff trend the cutoff for general category was more than 500+ for both state medical college seats. So as per your said marks you have no chance for both the state seats.
