Why BDS?.. Don't you want mbbs? You can get mbbs

I myself know these marks are less for govt mbbs college and I don't want to go to foriegn for mbbs ,I can't afford high fees of private medical college,other than these problems I am very much interested to study mbbs but forcing myself to do bds
