Hello aspirant,

To pursue MBBS from AFMC, Pune, you will have to give the NEET exam and get a score of 630+ as the previous year cut-off for girls was 627. There will be no hindrance related to your caste.

The eligibility criteria is as follows-

  • To be eligible for AFMC, candidates must have secured at least 60 percent aggregate marks in the Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). Also, they must have secured 50 percent marks in English as well as 50 percent marks in each of the Science subjects.
  • Must be unmarried. Marrying during the course is not permitted.
  • Should be medically fit as per prescribed standards by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence
  • Must have attained the age of 17 years on 31st Dec of the year of application, but must not have attained the age of 22 years on that date(Not more than 24 years in case of candidates who have passed or are appearing in final B Sc examinations).

Hope it helps!
