Taking your rank into consideration your chances seem to be bleak for a mbbs seat both in government and bds seat. 

Last year mbbs closed around a rank of around 6k for government colleges, for private the closing rank was around 29k.

You might have chance in private dental colleges. 

However since this analysis is based on cutoff of last year and the trend tends to vary every year nothing can be ascertained. 

You can also try for deemed universities, chances would be better there.
