Dear aspirant,
Yes, you are eligible for applying for JEE even without a caste certificate .
In this case you won't receive any benefits of being a OBC-NCL candidate and would be considered as a general candidate. The cut-offs would be higher and it would be more competitive to get into the institute of your choice. Caste certificate is very important if you want to avail the benefits of reservation
