I filled obc ncl category in jee mains September 2020. So, Can I change my category to sc at the time of JAC counseling, i have proofs required ?

Category change is not allowed as mentioned in the FAQ section of JEE advanced. Still you can enquire with them if they allow it which is unlikely you can change otherwise you will be considered in obc ncl category only.
