Yes, it is possible to get a seat in Delhi University with these marks.
Although it's difficult to get a seat in top colleges like Hansraj, Hindu College with marks less than 90%.
But there are many other good colleges.
It depends on the cut off list published by Delhi University.
These marks may secure a seat in 3th or 4th cut off lists but not in 1st or 2nd list.
You can check previous year cut off trends for more clarity.
