I got 221563 rank by AIQ as per predictor, but getting MBBS seat 15% All India Quata as well as 85% of State Quota under SC Quota

According to your rank, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in government medical colleges through All India Quota and also through state quota. You might get a seat in deemed universities.
