Hi aspirant,

On the basis of the marks you have obtained in NEET 2020, for your category and Hyderabad-Karnataka quota, based on previous year's cutoff, it seems difficult to get admission for MBBS government seat in Karnataka under 85% state quota as well as in All India quota.

However, you may get admission for management quota seats in deemed universities, which you will have to apply through MCC and also for private/management seats at private medical colleges in Karnataka.
