You have scored good in neet 2019 but it is not enough for having cmc vellore mbbs seat. 

According to last year analysis under state quota of cmc vellore opening marks were 595 for oc category, 656 for bc category. 

You can have other medical colleges with this marks otherwise you can have private seat in cmc vellore medical college.

As far as i am concerned , christian medical college ,vellor is a minority college. So if you are a christian candidate then you already have an edge over the other candidates.  I believe around 70 or 80 % seats are reserved for christian candidates. Rest are left for open category. In open category too reservation to varta in extent is provided to candidates which fall under sc or st category.
Your neet score does not matter much. But you are required to score above a certain limit. Then you are supposed to submit your score to the college authorities. The college then further shortlists candidates for an aptitude test. Qualified candidates are then called for several interview rounds and then finally the selected candidates are admitted to the college.
