Hello there, 499 is a decent score to have and since you're saying you are aiming to take a seat in Ramaiah Medical College I would say that it fetches quite a possibility that you may get once especially through b category since you're able to afford that much. There can be little fluctuations based on how many aspirants come this year. Good luck.
