Dear Candidate,

According to the NEET UG 2018, 1st round counselling allotment list, the last OBC category candidate to get admission in MBBS under AIQ had the AIR of 8347. S/he was alloted the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. 

In the 2nd round counselling allotment list  AIR 10449 was the last candidate to get a MBBS college under AIQ in OBC category. S/he was alloted Mizoram institue of medical education and research, Falkawn.

Hence, you have got no chance of getting admission in MBBS under AIQ.

As per your question i do understand your vurrent situation.
For a student to get a government college for MBBS must have 550+ marks.
You are quite close to the margin.
This answer totally depends upon that state's college.
Number of applicants and number of seats are the deciding factor.

However, it is not impossible.
