You might get a seat in the following colleges in Assam through the AIQ -

1)Barpeta Medical College

2) Tezpur Medical College

3)Jorhat Medical College

But I would suggest you to apply for the state quota seats of your domicile as these colleges aren't that good .

Congratulations on clearing NEET 2019.Th cutoffs for NEET this year have been quite high.You have achieved a quite a good score in an examination like NEET, where students take attempts fo qualify it.
But based upon the rank you will be eligible for very few government colleges by 15% AIQ and the chances are very minimal.You have better chances in the private colleges by 85% State Quota and also some of the government colleges.

Now Coming to your query, Based on the 2018 cutoff with 35215 rank it is not possible to get a seat in Government Medical College through AIQ because the general category cutoff for all colleges is less than or around 10,000. But you have good chances for MBBS in Private Colleges.
