Hello aspirant,
I'm sorry but with your score of NEET 2019, you have tough chances to get a college in Delhi. In 2018, the North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College had the highest closing rank , which was 5428. Don't lose hope and try at the counsellings. You have good chances to get a government dental college. All the best !
