i got 63.92 percentile in jee mains 2019 ,general rank 400000,ews rank 30000,from UP..can i get any iiit?

As per general rank and ews rank you can't get admission in any of the IIIT's. Your percentile is low to get admission in such institutions. I suggest you to look for other institutions instead where both academics and placement oppurtunities are good.
