I got 66k rank and I received a letter from srm to attend counselling at Chennai but I want to attend andjoinin Amaravathi what should I do?

Hello,
You can not do so.You have to attend the counselling of SRMJEEE in that campus which you have been allotted otherwise you may have to face some problems.So please book your tickets and try to attend the counselling on time.
