I got 84.1 percentile in jee mains July attempt. i am from ST category. can i get CSE in NIT Hamirpur?? please tell. (i am working hard to get better percentile in next attempt)

Now considering this rank range , ST Category & previous year records of closing ranks there aren't much chances for CSE Seat in NIT Hamirpur.
