In order to take admission in Maharashtra colleges, you should have the domicile of Maharshtra if you belong to Telangana then you can not apply. Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, the chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges at state level quota in your state Telangana.
