There are some chances to get SRKR college in 2nd round of counselling. Cut-off marks of these college of CSE department was every year changes basis of your caste category. So if you are a general category student then your chances are low but if you are a others category student then your chances are quite high to get admission there.

And these college is very popular college in Andhra Pradesh. It was established 1980. And placement also good here. So just go for 2nd round counselling .
