Well you don't need to pay 35k if you don't want to freez the seat, go to reporting center for document verification and 'float' the seat for up gradation, after 7th round the choice is upon you if you feel nit patna is better than ju then go for it

I dont get that you are not elligible to pay money. However you can take risk and go for good college in wbjee. If you get good govt college in wbjee then only it would be beneficial not all govt and rest colleges of it are good. I would suggest you to go with nit only thats a best option.

I looked last year cut off of JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY..I have a chance to get Jadavpur university..Is Jadavpur university not better than Nit
Jadavpur university's ranking is higher than than NIT durgapur in the national ranking list. Jadavpur university students get much more resources for preparation of higher studies as it is located in kolkata as compared to students of NIT durgapur, so go for it
