Dear Redhu, as long as you have completed your Bachelor's degree and scored an aggregate of 50%, you are eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category and 45% for SC, ST. There is no cap on no.of times a candidate can appear for CAT. So if you have completed your Bachelor's degree with the required aggregate, you are eligible for appearing in CAT.
