Im a b.tech passed out student and left with 2 reappears while my b.tech's 4 years are completely .CAN I GIVE THIS YAER CAT EXAM OR NOT?

Yes,you are eligible to give a CAT exam with backlogs.
.
It is said to answer the question asking,"are you in final year" to Yes.
.
See that even with backlog you will be having minimum of 50% grade.
.
And for best suggestion score more then 98% so that you will be selected for top IIM.
.
If you have even passed CAT then be prepared for interview.They will be surely asking about your backlogs.
