Yes, you can get admission in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai and Atharva College of Engineering through JEE mains but you cannot get admission in VIT wadala because the it offers admission though MHT CET.

but i will only have jee result at the end will my mhtcet be asked and as i have filled the application in obc if i dont get a seat in allotment during the management kota will the obc be considered or they will count me in open category?

see..if you will take admission through management quota then you will not have any issue regarding category thing.And if you will apply with jee mains marks then they will not ask your mht cet score.
