I have got 54 marks in jee mains paper 1 and 159 marks in paper 2 in OBC category as a girl candidate. Can I get any of IIT,NIT or IIIT?

Yes for sure. You can expect IIT but not the renowned ones like bombay,delhi,Kanpur etc. Though You can expect good NITs
