I see that you have 16000 rank in jee mains , and you want to take cs/me in REAP.
If i consider the previous year rank vs general merit list of REAP , then what i found that you will have around 750 rank in general merit list. And with this marks you can easily get into the colleges except some. You can go on official site of REAP , there you will find all the details .
