Based on your jee mains marks and class 12th board exam percentage, you have a bit low chances of getting admission in RTU,KOTA as cutoff is usually very high.But you can try for other top colleges.

If you are intrested in RTU you should try in unfamous branches. However allotment will be done accourding to your choice.
