As you must be aware it's not possible to predict the cut offs with surity as they change every year, but going by the past trends we have an idea of what is to expect. So, going by past trends, yes, you do have the chance to get admission in the course you mentioned and moreso with the EWS category but as EWS category has been implemented this year only, there's not much of prediction that can be done regarding this, however you can hope for the best.
