If you have scored 430 marks, then you will have a chance of getting some government added colleges. Proper getting of government colleges is very difficult.

Hello dear, 
You have not mentioned your category, so I am assuming you from general Category.
Last year lowest marks that fetched a seat  for general category under state quota in UP was 469
and it was for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow.
With 430 marks, you will not be able to get a seat in Government Medical College.

Sorry but getting a govt medical college with this score in Uttar Pradesh is quite not possible as the cutoff for Uttar Pradesh goes very high.
However you might try for private or private or deemed colleges
