1. IIT Bombay: 98 percentile ( if you have diversity factor then you may get at 96+ and awesome acads also helps.)

1. IIT Kharagpur: 95 percentile
2. IIT Delhi: 96 percentile
3. IIT Madras: 94 percentile
4. IIT Kanpur: 90 percentile
5. IIT Roorkee: 94 percentile

so it seems like you have fair chances for all the iits
