Congratulations on your rank but I am sorry to inform you that you won't get EEE in VIT vellore with this rank as the cutoff for EEE in recent years have been around 15500 and 28000 in VIT Chennai. So,if you still want it,you have to opt for management quota where fees will be much higher but you'll get desired campus and stream.
