Hello,
With such score it is difficult to get admission in any IITs you must have 600+ GATE score to get admission in IITs.However, considering previous years cut off trends you may get seat in NIT, Agartala in the following branches

Environmental Engineering: (304-330)
Geo technical Engineering: (312-326)
Seismic Science and Engineering: (297-308)
Water Resource Engineering: (308-330)

But cut off is subjected to change every year it may increase or decrease slightly.
