dear student I am really sorry to tell you that you will not be able to get any seat in any government MBBS or BDS college. As th expected cut off and even by looking at the last year's cut-off you need to have Atleast 520+ marks . While even for the government BDS college you need to have  515+ marks . While  if you are interested in bams and bhms then you may can try for it .here I am attaching a link for your further reference
