You have not mentioned about your reservation category, as the seat allotments are dependent on category and also Cutoffs are different for different category students,
Considering the previous years Cutoffs ,
For general category students it was between 550 to 600 marks
Whereas for other category students it was in between 169 to 500 or above .

In private medical colleges , you have maximum chances of getting seat as its Cutoffs are less compared to Govt college's and below 480 marks
