Dear Gokul, Tamilnadu has one of the highest cut offs in the country. In 2018, under All India Quota for OBC,

• 555 marks secured a seat in Government Medical College and ESI Hospital, Coimbatore
• 548 marks secured a seat in ESI- PGIMSR, Chennai.

Going by this, 510 marks are less. However, cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. We would suggest you to wait until the official answer key has been released to check your score and assess your chances.
