if have passed class 12th in 2018 with PCM and now I am going to take admission in polytechnic for diploma direct 2nd year in 2020, then can I give JEE mains and Advanced exams in 2022 to get admission in IIT or NIT after completed my diploma? please answer me.

yes, you can go for it. Going for NIT and IIT won't be possible but some other colleges do accept it and you can go for the course of four years.
