Please note that admissions to Benaras Hindu University, aka, BHU take place via JEE Advanced, because it is also recognised as an IIT.
So, I don't understand why you would apply for JEE when you are studying in BHU. Can you please comment below my answer, as to what your question means, Jagannath?
