No you can appear for second round

Don't worry about it

Eventhough you didn't appear for first round of neet counselling you can appear for second round directly

Hi Vindhya,If you didn't appear for first round of counselling and didn't register for the same then you will not be able to attend the second round of counselling.For reference, please refer question no. 35 and 36 of FAQs on MCC website.
