The token fees paid for All India Quota and demmed University is the Security Deposit.
In case you didn't get your desired seat in NEET all India counselling, you will get your security deposit refunded by the end of all rounds of NEET counselling.

If you did not got alloted any college in first round then the security deposit will be refunded in your payment method after reducing the mandate fees.
And if you do not wish to participate in the second round of counselling then you simply do not have to register for the second round of counselling.
