Hello Kapil, No, you can't change the colleges nor their priority order after the 1st round of counseling. You can't add new colleges or remover the colleges you didn't get. The choice filling is locked during seat allocation. O nly in the last spot round, candidates who have not been allocated any seats can change their preference order.
