How my 10000 rupees will be refunded if i dont get seat in all india counselling in neet 2019?

Hello Aspirant !!
What you are talking about is security deposit which you made while registering for the counselling.
If you get a seat in the All India Quota then it will be given to the college/institution where you took admission and will be adjusted with your first year fees by that college.
But if you do not get a AIQ seat then the money will be refunded and deposited back in the account which you have provided at the end of counselling period .
