You must have to clear your compart exam in order to take admission in any college for B.Tech. It is also necessary that your compart result should declare before your admission process. Yes you will be eligible if you get your result before admission process.

see you may appear in diploma entrance test exam, after passing 10th course, but if you want to do btech on computer science you need to clear any entrance test like jee main, or mhtcet or kcet or any other state engineering exam, also must have passed 12th exam with physics chemistry and mathematics as a subject and must pass individually in all subjects.
