For the open category candidates the eligibility criteria for the NEET is atleast 50% aggregate marks in class 12 and you have obtained the marks in that criteria. Second thing is to get into MBBS for the open category candidate, the NEET score would be more than 450+. Even the cutoff will go higher for the open category candidates. If you get the good marks in NEET then only you can get the seat in MBBS either govt. or self financed institute. You have not mentioned your marks otherwise we could guide you better.

The marks of intermediate comes only eligibility criteria ,when you will fill application form of NEET.
The following % in intermediate is requireed for filling of NEET application form..
For general category - 50 %
For obc category- 40 %
For Sc & ST category - 40%
General ph - 45%
Obc /sc/ST ph - 40%
So, as you have above 50 hence you are just over the line...Damnnn.
