Usually Physical education is not considered in the best of 4, unless you want to persue physical edication course. If your best of 4 score is 84% excluding physical education,  I am sorry to tell you that, you might have a very less chances to get into the Delhi University. It is the best and dream college to all the students so the competition is very high the minimum score of best of 4 should be 90-92% for you to make it into the Delhi University. But you need not worry as there are many other colleges which will give you an admission with that score.
